Solid fin tubes are produced by mechanically bonding or integrally forming carbon steel fins onto a carbon steel base tube. This structure ensures strong fin-to-tube contact, allowing efficient heat conduction and long-term stability under thermal cycling conditions.
In waste heat boilers, these tubes are typically installed in economizer sections, superheater zones, or flue gas heat recovery sections to maximize energy utilization.
