Different from traditional wound or welded fin structures, our one-piece extrusion molding locks aluminum fins tightly onto the alloy substrate without gaps, eliminating interface thermal resistance and galvanic corrosion risks. The inner N08800 alloy bears high-temperature corrosive fluid medium, while outer Al1060 fins maximize air-side heat exchange area, forming a dual-performance heat exchange component that balances high temperature resistance, anti-corrosion capacity and ultra-high heat transfer efficiency.
