Our ASME SB163 UNS N08825 extruded finned tube is a premium bimetallic heat transfer component engineered for extreme corrosive industrial working conditions. It adopts seamless Incoloy 825 base tube complying fully with ASME SB163 specification, paired with cold-extruded integral aluminum spiral fins. This integrated structure eliminates thermal contact resistance, delivers reliable anti-corrosion protection for internal aggressive process fluid while drastically expanding external heat exchange area for efficient air-side cooling & heating.
1. Base Tube: ASME SB163 UNS N08825 Seamless Nickel Alloy Tube
UNS N08825, commercially named Incoloy 825, is a nickel-iron-chromium alloy reinforced with molybdenum and copper elements, strictly manufactured per ASME SB163 standard for seamless heat exchanger tubing.
