Our ASTM A335 P11 helical serrated fin tubes with 11-13Cr fins are high-performance alloy steel heat transfer components professionally engineered for extreme high-temperature and high-pressure industrial environments. The base tube adopts premium ASTM A335 P11 seamless chromium-molybdenum alloy steel (1.25Cr-0.5Mo), featuring stable mechanical properties at elevated temperatures, excellent thermal fatigue resistance and creep resistance. Equipped with premium 11-13Cr stainless steel serrated helical fins, this fin tube integrates optimized structural design and superior material performance to deliver outstanding heat exchange efficiency and long-term service stability, serving as an ideal core component for industrial boilers, heat exchangers and heating furnace systems.
Different from ordinary solid fin tubes, the helical serrated structure effectively disrupts the fluid boundary layer and generates micro-turbulence on the heat transfer surface, greatly improving heat exchange efficiency compared with traditional smooth fin tubes.
