Base Tube (ASTM A213 T22): A seamless ferritic alloy-steel tube designed for high-temperature service. It acts as the pressure-bearing core, carrying the internal fluid (steam or water) safely under extreme conditions.
Serrated Fin (SS409): The fin strip is cut into segments (serrations) before being continuously helically wound onto the base tube. SS409 provides excellent resistance to exhaust gas corrosion.
Attachment / Welding Process (HFW vs. Mechanical Embedding): Unlike mechanically embedded fins (嵌入工艺) which may suffer from thermal contact resistance at high temperatures, our fins are attached using High Frequency Resistance Welding (HFW).
