ASTM A312 TP304H Serrated Finned Tubes are engineered heat transfer components designed for demanding thermal applications involving elevated temperatures and continuous service conditions. Manufactured from TP304H austenitic stainless steel tubes, these finned tubes combine excellent oxidation resistance, high-temperature strength, and superior heat transfer efficiency.
The serrated fin design increases turbulence within the airflow, continuously disrupting the boundary layer and significantly improving convective heat transfer performance compared with solid fin configurations. This makes TP304H serrated finned tubes particularly suitable for boilers, economizers, waste heat recovery units, air-cooled heat exchangers, flue gas systems, and petrochemical process equipment.
Our serrated finned tubes are manufactured under strict quality control procedures and can be customized according to client specifications, international standards, and project requirements.
The serrated fin structure creates additional turbulence around the fin surface, improving heat transfer coefficients and maximizing thermal performance.
