It consists of a seamless austenitic stainless steel base tube (ASTM A312 TP304) with carbon steel stud-type fins resistance-welded perpendicularly to the surface. This robust design maximizes heat transfer surface area while preventing ash buildup, delivering superior corrosion resistance and 50% higher thermal efficiency than bare tubes in waste incinerators, boilers, and high-dust flue gas applications up to 760°C (1,400°F).
