It features a seamless low-carbon steel base tube (ASTM A179) with spiral aluminum fins mechanically embedded into precision-grooved surfaces. This interlocking technology achieves 100% metallurgical contact, eliminating thermal resistance while providing 30% higher heat transfer efficiency than L-fin tubes in economizers, air preheaters, and thermal oil systems up to 260°C (500°F).
