For large-scale agricultural operations, maintaining a stable, controlled environment is essential. Our Multi-Span Commercial Greenhouse structures are engineered to provide reliable solutions for year-round cultivation, whether managing agricultural seedling bases, hydroponic farms, or high-yield cash crop facilities.
Every Multi-Span Commercial Greenhouse is designed to withstand local wind and snow loads while optimizing internal light transmission and airflow through meticulous engineering.
The backbone of our greenhouse is constructed from hot-dip galvanized Q235 steel. Main structural columns utilize robust 120×120×2.5mm square tubes, while secondary columns are 120×60×2.5mm. This heavy-duty configuration, combined with dedicated aluminum alloy roof trusses, ensures maximum stability and a lifespan exceeding 15 years in demanding weather conditions.
Effective airflow is critical. We implement a full roof ventilation system driven by a rack-and-pinion mechanism. Powered by a specialized 0.75kw greenhouse reduction motor (380v, 800Nm torque), this system ensures smooth, synchronous opening and closing across the entire roof, rapidly releasing trapped heat and humidity.
To maintain optimal temperatures, especially in hot regions, our greenhouse is equipped with an integrated wet pad and exhaust fan system. We utilize 1.38m axial flow fans capable of moving 44,500m³/h of air. Aluminum alloy framed cooling pads work with a 1.5kw water pump and robust UPVC drainage system to efficiently drop internal temperatures.
Professional light management is provided through a dual-layer automated shading system. The external layer features an 85% shading rate knitted round-wire net on a galvanized Q235 frame. Internally, a 65% aluminum foil shading screen helps retain heat during cold nights and reflects excess sunlight during the day. Both systems are motor-driven via reliable rack-and-pinion transmission lines.
