No. The HG-1500 is an assembling and tack-welding machine. It perfectly aligns the web and flange and applies tack welds. For final full-penetration welding, you will need our Gantry Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) machine, which is the next step in the steel structure production line.
How does the VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) benefit the assembly process?
The VFD allows for stepless speed regulation (500-1200 mm/min). This means the operator can adjust the assembly speed perfectly based on the thickness of the steel plates, ensuring precise alignment without motor strain.
