Product Introduction
This is a special metal fixing gasket for TPO/PVC polymer waterproofing membranes, also commonly known as ingot-shaped gaskets, S/C-type waterproof pressing sheets and mechanically fixed gaskets, mostly made of aluminum-zinc coated or hot-dip galvanized steel sheet.
•Flat S-type: A basic universal model with excellent cost performance, suitable for most conventional roof construction scenarios
•C-type stiffener: an integrated diamond protrusion at the middle part greatly improves the rigidity and pullout resistance of the gasket, enabling it to resist deformation and collapse under strong wind conditions with outstanding wind uplift performance
2.Long-term anti-corrosion and durable service life
• Adopt hot-dip galvanized substrates with high zinc coating or high weather-resistant aluminum-zinc coated substrates. The surface crystalline coating is dense and uniform, delivering far superior salt spray corrosion resistance compared to ordinary black iron gaskets. It resists rust even with long-term exposure in humid coastal regions and industrial acid rain environments, significantly extending the overall waterproof service life of roofing systems.
3.Tear-resistant Reinforcement for Easier Construction
•Increase the force-bearing contact area of screws to evenly distribute pressure after fastening, completely prevent screws from puncturing or tearing waterproof coiled materials, effectively avoid sliding, bulging and leakage of the coiled materials, and greatly improve the overall stability of the waterproofing system

• Integrally formed by overall cold stamping with uniform thickness and high flatness; the plating is resistant to peeling during bending and stamping processes, boasting precise hole positioning.
