Black Phosphate Drywall Screws, Bugle Head, Self-Tapping
Product Overview
Self-tapping drywall screws manufactured to EN 14566 and ASTM C1002, featuring a bugle head with Phillips (PH2) cross recess drive. These screws incorporate a sharp needle point that enables self-piercing into plasterboard and light-gauge steel framing without pre-drilling.
Material: Case-hardened carbon steel (AISI 1018 or equivalent)
Coating: Black phosphate coating for mild corrosion resistance
Thread Types: Coarse thread (timber framing) and fine 60° twin thread (metal studs)

We maintain high efficiency: stainless steel fastener delivery time is approximately 15 days, carbon steel fastener delivery time is approximately 30 days.
