This product is a headless hexagon socket set screw manufactured to DIN 914, featuring a cone point and a full thread along the entire length. The cone-shaped tip is designed to precisely embed into a pre-drilled recess or shaft, providing secure locking, positioning, and fixing of components. Designed exclusively for compression/pressure loads, it is not suitable for tensile or shear loading. Available in stainless steel grades A2 (304) and A4 (316), with diameters from M2 to M24 and lengths from 2 mm to 120 mm. DIN 914 has been superseded by ISO 4027 and is interchangeable with it. It is also equivalent to UNI 5927 and similar to GB/T 78. Thread sizes range from M2 to M24 with metric coarse pitch.
