The difference between seamless fitting and welding fitting:
Seamless pipe manufacturing process is under the temperature of the stamping out a hole in the steel billet, under the high temperature, and tool steel after the stamping and drawing become soft and spiral forming from the hole. The width of the steel plate is cut into PI d, where d for pipe diameter. The wall thickness of the slit of tolerance is very small, and the circumferential wall thickness is uniform.
So after manufacturing fitting, the wall thickness will have same wallthickness.
