Our ultra-thin gauge PPGI is precision-rolled for ceiling tile and suspended grid ceiling applications, delivering lightweight yet rigid material with consistent surface quality for interior environments.
At 0.18mm and 0.25mm thickness, this thin gauge PPGI offers the ideal balance of light weight, sufficient rigidity and cost efficiency for ceiling panel systems. PE coating provides the clean, uniform appearance expected in visible interior ceiling components with Z60 galvanized base for indoor corrosion protection.
Primarily used for T-bar suspended ceiling grid systems, acoustic ceiling tile back panels, linear metal ceiling strips, clip-in ceiling panels and interior decorative wall panels. Common in office buildings, shopping malls, hospitals, schools and airport interiors. The thin gauge reduces structural load on ceiling suspension systems while maintaining required panel rigidity.
