Our JIS G3322 CGLCC PPGL pre-painted steel coil features a hot dip galvalume base substrate with PE top coating, delivering an optimal combination of corrosion resistance and aesthetic appeal for general construction applications.
PPGL (Pre-Painted Galvalume Steel) uses a 55% aluminum-zinc alloy coated steel substrate, offering 2-4 times better corrosion resistance than conventional galvanized steel. The PE (Polyester) top coating provides good color retention and weather resistance for standard exterior applications.
Ideal for residential and commercial roofing sheets, wall cladding panels, ceiling panels and light steel structures. The galvalume base provides extended service life in moderate climate conditions, while PE coating ensures vibrant color appearance for 5-8 years.
MOQ 5 tons, monthly supply 4000 tons. Protective PE film interleave between coil layers. Fumigated wooden pallet base. Delivery 10-18 working days.
