About Stainless Steel

Chromium has high chemical stability, can form a passivation film on the steel surface, so that the metal is isolated from the outside world, protect the steel plate from oxidation, increase the corrosion resistance of steel plate. 304 widely used, with good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical characteristics; Good thermal processing, such as punching and bending, no hardening phenomenon of heat treatment (no magnetic, the use of temperature -196°C~800°C).
304L has excellent grain boundary corrosion resistance after welding or stress elimination; In the case of no heat treatment, also can maintain good corrosion resistance, use temperature -196°C-800°C.
