UNS S32750 standard fittings consist of 25% chromium, 4% molybdenum and 7% nickel.UNS S32750 fittings have a 50-50 microstructure of ferritic and austenitic steel grades for better strength. Our ASTM A815 S32205 fittings can be used effectively up to 570 degrees Fahrenheit, beyond which these fittings will begin to lose their toughness. S32750 has some excellent mechanical properties for welded fittings, such as high strength and resistance to pitting and different types of corrosion. Our super duplex steel S32750 elbows are also known for their strong weldability.
Known for its high ductility, its excellent corrosion resistance properties make it the best choice for marine applications.
Characteristic of ASTM A815 UNS S32750
Corrosion resistance: They has excellent corrosion resistance to corrosive media such as acidic, alkaline and chloride. It can resist seawater, acidic environment and chloride corrosion, etc. It is suitable for marine, chemical and petroleum industries.
HIGH STRENGTH: They has high tensile strength and yield strength, which can withstand high pressure and high temperature working conditions.
Good toughness: They has good impact and fatigue resistance and can withstand vibration and shock loads.
Excellent weldability: They has good weldability and can be joined to other materials by welding process.
