ASTM B462 UNS N10276 flanges are wrought flanges made from Hastelloy® C276, a nickel-molybdenum-chromium alloy with excellent resistance to strong oxidizers, acids, and chlorides. The ASTM B462 standard covers wrought corrosion-resistant alloy flanges, forged or machined, ensuring high strength and corrosion resistance in aggressive environments such as chemical processing and marine applications.
These flanges are typically manufactured to dimensional standards like ASME B16.5 or B16.47, and are used in high-performance piping systems requiring superior durability.
