Stainless Steel Needle TP304 Capillary Needle Tube For Medical Devices
Needle Tubes are normally made from a stainless-steel tube through a process known as tube drawing where the tube is drawn through progressively smaller dies to make the needle. The end is bevelled to create a sharp pointed tip letting the needle tube easily penetrate.
Stainless steel needle or hypodermic tube is a thin-walled grade designed with tight tolerances. A Stainless Steel Needle Tube is small diameter tubes that are utilized for injection under the skin. These tubes are ideal for medical applications where corrosion resistance, uniformity, and strength are of the top echelons. The Stainless Steel Needle Tubes display superior strength and have a tensile strength between 1030mpa to 1370mpa.
