Description
ASTM A213 TP321H Stainless Steel Seamless Tube austenitic chromium-nickel stainless steel tube suitable for corrosive or high-temperature service, or both, or for general applications.
Product features
Higher nickel content than 321, strong corrosion resistance, adding metal titanium, with better resistance to grain boundary corrosion and high temperature strength.
Hydraulic test
Carry out hydraulic pressure test on stainless steel seamless pipe one by one, and keep at least 5 seconds under the specified pressure value. The steel pipe shall not have water leakage or leakage, and the conventional supply water pressure pressure test is P=2SR/D(maximum 20MPa). 3, corrosion resistance:
Has a high resistance to intergranular corrosion, some organic acids and inorganic acids (especially in the oxidizing medium) has good corrosion resistance, the stainless steel seamless pipe are provided according to the standard or the corrosion method agreed by the two sides for corrosion resistance test, there should be no intergranular corrosion tendency. 4, process performance test:
Flattening test. Tensile test. Flaring test. Hardness test. Metallographic testing - Non-destructive testing (including eddy current testing and ultrasonic testing).
Product use
It is used for acid-resistant pipeline, large boiler superheater pipeline, heat exchanger pipeline, steam pipeline, petrochemical heat exchanger pipeline, etc. 321 is used for long-term operation in high temperature environment of 427-816°C. 321 is also commonly used in: boiler plants, heat exchanger plants, oil refineries, etc.
