Spiral finned heat dissipation tube with L-shaped spiral fins is a widely used high-efficiency heat exchange element and advanced energy-saving product, characterized by high processing efficiency, chip free processing, and low cost. Its heat transfer area is several to dozens of times that of a bare tube, and its heat transfer efficiency is more than twice that of a bare tube. The spiral fins of the L-shaped finned tube are processed using equal volume deformation technology, reducing metal consumption. The fins have a good metal contact surface with the parent tube, which can effectively reduce flow resistance. They are suitable for a wide range of temperatures, have good heat resistance performance, and have high heat transfer efficiency. They are an economical and reliable intermediate material for producing heat exchange equipment.
Advantages of finned tubes:
1) Effectively increasing the total heat transfer area within the area and enhancing the actual heat transfer effect.
2) Reduce the use area of the heat transfer surface to reduce its size, especially when applied to fast installed boilers.
3) Reduce the cost of machinery and equipment, and improve the ety performance of machinery and equipment.
4) Due to the decrease in water side pressure drop and other factors, the operating costs and expenses decrease.
5) The stiffness coefficient of the finned tube is increased, which improves the shockproof level of the tube.
