What is the difference between ASME SA516 Gr.70 and Gr.70N gardes?
ASME SA516 Gr.70 and Gr.70N are pressure vessel grades which are differentiated based on some certain features.
ASME SA516 Gr.70N is a steel in a normalized condition. The SA516 Gr.70 is not subjected to the normalizing process.
The normalized SA516 Gr.70N possesses superior ductility and toughness over the SA516 Gr.70 Material.
