Yuhong Group bright tube is mainly used in tubular heating furnace, convection heat exchanger, air preheater, chemical equipment, heat exchange equipment in petrochemical, coal chemical and other industries. Expanding the heat transfer area of the light pipe by 2 to 3 times can improve the heat transfer coefficient on the flue gas side and increase the comprehensive thermal efficiency of the equipment, which is a kind of energy-saving heat exchanger element. Its main function is to expand the heat transfer area of light pipe and improve the thermal efficiency of heating furnace.
Yuhong Group alloy steel pipe A335 GR.P5/ P9 material is chrome-molybdenum alloy heat-resistant steel for high-temperature use produced by the U.S. standard, because of its good resistance to oxidation, high-temperature strength and resistance to sulphide corrosion, it is widely used in the high-temperature, high-pressure, flammable and explosive pipeline of the petroleum refining plant, especially the direct heat pipe of the heating furnace, the medium temperature can reach 550 ~ 600 ℃.
