Hastelloy C276 pipe fittings are made of chromium, nickel and molybdenum and are stable thanks to the addition of tungsten. Hastelloy pipe fittings are re-annealed after cold working for optimum performance. Hastelloy joints harden rapidly during processing. For scrubbers, dampers and pipes, alloy C276 reducer is used. The thermoformed C276 Hastelloy end caps require solution heat treatment prior to installation and final use.
ASME SB366 WP904L Hastelloy Elbow is a type of elbow fitting made from Hastelloy alloy grade WP904L, which is a high-performance nickel-based alloy known for its excellent corrosion resistance in a wide range of aggressive environments. This elbow fitting is designed to be used in high-pressure and high-temperature applications where corrosion resistance is critical. It is manufactured in accordance with ASME standards to ensure quality and reliability in demanding industrial applications.
