ASTM A213 ASME SA213 standard T22 material Alloy steel seamless boiler tube, also called CDS tube, is made from the hot billets by piercing, subsequent rolling, and elongating process to be passed through the die over a mandrel plug and finally to reach the designed accurate diameter and wall thickness. Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) manufacturing process can greatly increase the strength of the seamless steel pipe and makes it very suitable for critical high ety and high performance applications. WAN Steel brand cold drawn seamless pipes are made of high quality raw material by automatic production line with strict quality control. Our CDS tubes have high dimensional tolerances, excellent section features, better surface finish and higher mechanical properties than the corresponding grades of hot finished seamless steel tubes.WAN Steel manufactures and wholesales many types of cold drawn seamless tube available for mechanical and hydraulic applications.
