Product Overview
Hygienic Flow Transition for Sanitary Process Piping
The SS304 Sanitary Concentric Reducer is designed to provide a smooth diameter transition in hygienic piping systems while maintaining consistent flow characteristics and cleanability. Manufactured from ASTM A270 stainless steel tubing, it features precision welding, controlled polishing and dimensional accuracy suitable for sanitary applications. ASTM A270 sanitary tubing supports special surface finishes for dairy, food and pharmaceutical service.
Available with weld ends or clamp ends, the reducer is suitable for food processing, beverage production, dairy facilities, pharmaceutical plants and biotechnology systems. Internal and external polishing can be customized to meet project surface finish requirements.
