Overview
We are engaged in manufacturing of a wide range of Butt Weld Fitting that is available in varied types such as L/R & S/R elbow, tee, concentric and eccentric reducers, reducing elbow & tee, cross and caps. ASTM A403 WP317L covers the standard for wrought austenitic stainless steel fittings for pressure piping applications. The material for fittings shall consist of forgings, bars, plates, or seamless or welded tubular products. Forging or shaping operations shall be performed by hammering, pressing, piercing, extruding, upsetting, rolling, bending, fusion welding, machining, or by a combination of two or more of these operations. All fittings shall undergo heat-treatment.
A concentric reducer is used to join pipe sections or tube sections on the same axis. The concentric reducer is cone-shaped, and is used when there is a shift in diameter between pipes. For example, when a 1" pipe transitions into a 3/4" pipe and the top or bottom of the pipe doesn't need to remain level. This pipe reducer may be used when there is a single diameter change or multiple diameter changes. Unlike eccentric reducers, concentric reducers have a common center line. Concentric reducers are useful when cavitation is present. Eccentricity occurs when the centerline is offset.
