Overview:
TP347H Seamless Tube is a type of austenitic stainless steel tube that is specifically designed to operate in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. The TP347H grade of stainless steel contains higher levels of chromium, niobium, and tantalum, which gives the tube greater resistance to high-temperature oxidation and better corrosion resistance than typical austenitic stainless steel tubing.
TP347H Seamless Tubes are commonly used in industries that require high-temperature and high-pressure stability, including chemical and petrochemical processing, power generation, and oil and gas production. They are also widely used in the aerospace, automotive, and architectural industries.
The TP347H Seamless Tube is manufactured using a seamless process, which means they are made without welded joints. This makes them highly resistant to leaks and reduces the probability of failure in high-pressure applications. They can be produced with various sizes and thicknesses according to client specifications with strict adherence to international standards such as ASTM A213 and A269.
These tubes have superior corrosion resistance and can withstand harsh environments containing corrosive materials, including acidic and alkaline solutions. They have excellent resistance to stress corrosion cracking and intergranular corrosion caused by sensitization.
The TP347H Seamless Tube's high-temperature oxidation resistant properties are attributed to the precise combination of elements that form stable carbides when they are exposed to high temperatures.
