A270 Sanitary Tubing is a specification for standardized tubing for sanitary applications. Depending on the specification, the tube can be ferritic, austenitic, seamless or cold worked. Yuhong is a supplier of ASTM A270 Tp316l and other material grade sanitary pipe. ASTM A270 Tp304 is the most commonly used material grade in this specification. Our A270 sanitary stainless steel pipes range from 1.24mm to 3.81mm as the gauge refers to small diameter pipes.
The wall thickness tolerance of A270 stainless steel pipe products is less than 12.5% and these products are used in different applications. ASTM A270 pipe sizes also vary based on application requirements. Applications for ASTM A270 piping are in sanitary or hygiene related operations. The A270 stainless steel pipe seamless type cannot contain any welded joints as standard. Therefore, we produce seamless pipes and welded pipes without metal fillers that meet this specification. Our ASME Sa270 tubing products are high quality and durable. 316 material grade is used to produce stainless steel A270 pipe that must operate in highly corrosive environments, while 304 material is used to produce ASTM A270 equivalents that can be used in less corrosive applications.
