Bellows are used as elastic sensitive elements of instruments and connecting elements of various pipelines. It has been widely used in mining, petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, electric power, thermal power, navigation, aerospace and other engineering equipment to play the role of vibration reduction, noise reduction, energy storage, thermal compensation and media isolation.
The heat transfer coefficient of stainless steel bellows is an important technical index of heat exchange equipment. Strengthening the convective heat transfer on the heat exchange surface is an effective measure to improve the heat transfer coefficient. The enhanced heat transfer of the bellows heat exchanger is achieved through its unique ultra-thin-walled bellows. The corrugated pipe is a thin-walled pipe with a continuous tangent large and small arc, and the inner shape is like a corrugation. The height difference between the troughs causes the fluid to be strongly disturbed.
This disturbance comes from the three-dimensional motion of the fluid inside and outside the tube. Therefore, the degree of disturbance is more intense and thorough. Even if the fluid velocity is very low, it can make it into a state of turbulence. The thin-walled temperature gradient is small, which greatly reduces the thermal resistance of the tube wall and improves the heat transfer coefficient inside and outside the tube, thereby improving the overall heat transfer coefficient.
