The Medical Grade Stainless Steel Capillary Tube is a high-precision, small-bore tubular product produced from a specific austenitic stainless steel grade intended for medical and surgical applications. This capillary tube is mainly manufactured by SUS304 material due to its good ductility, toughness, and further corrosion resistance. SUS304 stainless steel capillary tubes are generally used and processed for medical needle tubes, such as injection needle tubes, infusion needle tubes, blood collection needle tubes, mesotherapy needle tubes, insulin needle tubes, and so on. Our factory can provide stainless steel capillary tubes from 10G to 34G, that is, 0.18mm to 3.4mm, or other required diameter sizes. The length can be cut into 0.01m - 2m in straight type. If the client have requirements for needle tubes, we can also customize as we have dozens of auto and semi-auto needle-tip-grinding machines.
