10G-34G Stainless Steel Welded Capillary Tube For Medical Hypodermic Use ISO9626 SUS304

A Stainless Steel Welded Capillary Tube is a thin-walled, small-diameter tube manufactured by forming a stainless steel strip into a cylindrical shape and then welding the seam along its entire length using a precision process (typically Laser welding). The capillary tube is then cold drawn and annealed to achieve its final dimensions, mechanical properties, and a smooth, flawless interior surface. The Stainless Steel Welded Capillary Tube is manufactured from SUS304 material and complied with ISO9626 standard, which has strict dimensional tolerance and good roughness. Our supplied medical grade capillary tubes are generally cut into 2 meter piece and can also be cut into other fixed length according to clients’ request. Coiled tubes are also available. The regular outer diameter size ranges from 0.18mm to 3.4mm, that is 10 Gauge to 34 Gauge. The minimum diameter can be 0.15mm.
