A Peripheral Intravenous Needle Tube is a hollow, cylindrical, precision-engineered medical needle cannula with an sharp needle tip, which is made from medical-grade stainless steel 304 material. It is designed to pierce the skin, subcutaneous tissue, and the wall of a peripheral vein to facilitate the introduction of a plastic cannula or the direct administration of fluids, medications, or blood products. The fine polished triple bevelled tip facilitate smoother IV Cannula Insertion and reduce the discomfort when administrating. YUHONG GROUP has produced and supplied medical stainless steel needle tubes / cannulas for many years and our factory has been certified by ISO13485 standard. We own more than ten 10,0000 class purification rooms to produce, inspect and package our medical needle tubes. And we have semi-auto and full-auto grinding machines to meet our clients' requirements. Our factory has ability to customize different needle tips through different moulds according clients' drawings. All the stainless steel needle tubes are inspected according to ISO18457 standard.
