This heat exchanger is manufactured by YUHONG GROUP, suitable for heat transfer between two fluids (e.g., steam/water, oil/cooling water). The unit shown in pictures features a robust shell & tube design, with flanged connections and a durable painted finish. Each unit passes factory quality inspection and carries a “Qualified” label.
Key Advantages
Nitrogen Protection – The internal cavity is purged and filled with nitrogen before shipment, preventing rust and oxidation during storage or long sea freight.
Safety Warnings – “Caution: Hot Surface”, “Equipment Protection Required”, and “Danger: Asphyxiation Risk” labels are affixed to remind operators of high temperatures and oxygen deficiency when opening the unit.
