TEMA-Grade Heat Exchange Tubes:
We provide a wide array of tubes in specialized alloys, including austenitic stainless steel, duplex, and nickel alloys. Each tube undergoes rigorous eddy-current and hydrostatic testing to ensure zero-defect performance. Our tube spacing and layout are optimized according to TEMA standards to minimize vibration and maximize the heat transfer coefficient.
Precision-Engineered Tube Bundle: We utilize high-grade seamless or welded tubes, ASME SA213 TP316L, (available in Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, or Duplex Alloys) to provide superior thermal conductivity. Each tube is meticulously inspected to ensure it resists corrosion, scaling, and high-pressure stress, maintaining peak performance throughout its lifecycle.
Advanced Tubesheet, ASME SA182 F316L, Design: The tubesheet, ASME SA182 F316L, is the critical structural element that supports and seals the tube bundle. Our tubesheets are CNC-machined for exact hole tolerances, ensuring a leak-proof fit.
