Embedded finned tubes combine an ASTM A179 seamless carbon steel base tube with carbon steel fins using a pressure-embedding process. This design increases surface area by 8–12x versus bare tubes, enhancing heat transfer efficiency by 40–60% in applications like boilers, air preheaters, and thermal oil systems. Our tubes operate at temperatures up to 450°C and pressures ≤6.5 MPa.
