Excellent Mechanical Properties: High tensile strength (≥485 MPa), yield strength (≥170 MPa) and elongation (≥40%); maintains toughness and ductility at both low and moderate temperatures.
Smooth Surface & High Precision: ASTM A269 standard seamless production, annealed & pickled (A/P) or bright annealed (BA) surface; uniform wall thickness, tight dimensional tolerance, no weld defects.
Good Weldability & Formability: Easy to weld via TIG/MIG/MMA processes; excellent cold/hot formability for bending, flanging, and fabrication without cracking.
High Temperature Stability: Maintains structural integrity and performance in continuous high-temperature working environments (up to 870°C for intermittent use, 790°C for continuous use).
Sanitary & Non-Toxic: Food-grade surface finish optional, no heavy metal leaching, meets sanitary standards for food, beverage and pharmaceutical processing.
