ASTM A270 TP304 Seamless Sanitary Tubes are high-precision, corrosion-resistant tubing specifically manufactured for sanitary service in industries where hygiene, cleanability, and product purity are paramount. These stainless steel sanitary tubes are generally manufactured by TP304/304L, TP316/316L material grades. The bright annealed surface provides superior cleanability, minimizing adhesion of product and bacteria, preventing biofilm formation and allowing for effective and rapid cleaning-in-place (CIP) or steam-in-place (SIP) in the food processing industry. These sanitary tubes are used in conjunction with sanitary pipe fittings, sanitary valves, pumps, and tanks, all designed to the same hygienic principles. They are mainly used for hygienic fluid transfer in the food, brewing & beverages, water treatment and pharmaceutical industries.
