SUS304 stainless steel back-cut intravenous (IV) indwelling needle tube is a precision medical-grade needle tube specially manufactured for disposable and reusable medical IV catheter systems. Complying with ISO 9626 and GB/T 18457 medical stainless steel needle tube standards, it adopts high-purity medical SUS304 austenitic stainless steel as the raw material, with a unique back-cut needle tip structure different from conventional straight bevel needle tips. As the core puncture component of IV indwelling catheters, it is mainly used for skin and venous puncture. After successful venipuncture, the stainless steel needle core is withdrawn and discarded, leaving the flexible plastic catheter indwelling in the vein for continuous intravenous infusion, medication injection, and venous transfusion treatment. This IV indwelling needle tube integrates excellent biocompatibility, precise dimensional stability and low-trauma puncture performance, and is a core consumable in clinical venous transfusion.
