Surface Defect Inspection: Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) on all stainless steel cladding overlays, tube-to-tubesheet strength welds, and nozzle attachment welds.
Hydrostatic Pressure Test: Factory shell-side and tube-side hydrostatic pressure testing performed at 1.3 times the maximum allowable working pressure (MAWP) held for a minimum duration of 60 minutes.
Positive Material Identification (PMI): 100% PMI verification on all alloy raw materials, pressure-retaining components, and filler metals prior to assembly.
Dimensional & Flatness Control: Laser-verified tubesheet flatness and nozzle flange orientation alignments compliant with TEMA Class R tolerances.

Export Packaging: Sealed internal nitrogen purge (0.5 bar positive pressure) with desiccant charges, protected by heavy-duty steel skid bases and seaworthy vacuum foil wrapping.
