Our stainless steel thermal units are manufactured to comply with TEMA (Types E, F, G, H, J, K, X), ASME Section VIII Div 1, and API 660 standards:
Fixed Tubesheet Heat Exchanger (TEMA E/F): Rigid design where both tubesheets are welded directly to the shell. Ideal for low thermal-expansion applications or process streams operating under low temperature differentials.
Removable U Tube Bundle Exchanger (TEMA U): Features a bent u tube bundle anchored to a single tubesheet, allowing thermal expansion without thermal stress on the shell-to-tubesheet joint.

U-Bend Heat Treatment: All cold-formed u tube bundle radius bends undergo solution annealing to relieve residual stresses and eliminate susceptibility to stress corrosion cracking
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE): 100% testing protocols including Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, Eddy Current Testing (ET), Radiographic Testing (RT) on pressure welds, and Positive Material Identification (PMI)
Vibration Analysis & Mitigation: Flow-induced vibration (FIV) can cause premature tube fatigue or fretting wear at baffle contact points. Calculating cross-flow velocities and utilizing proper baffle spacing or rod baffles prevents acoustic resonance and mechanical failure
Fouling Factors & Cleaning Clearances: For heavy crude oil refining or polymerizing process streams, selecting a 90° or 45° square tube pitch layout provides straight cleaning lanes for high-pressure hydro-blasting, whereas a 30° triangular pitch is preferred for clean fluids requiring maximum thermal efficiency
Corrosion & Velocity Control: Excessively high tube-side fluid velocities induce erosion-corrosion on stainless steel tube inlets. Installing sacrificial impingement plates under shell inlet nozzles protects the outer tube bundle rows from liquid droplet impact
