Yuhong Group Co., Ltd. is an integrated manufacturer of high-grade raw tubing, pressure equipment components, and direct replacement thermal cores. We design and fabricate custom heat exchanger tube bundle assemblies, straight/bent tubing cores, extended surface Fin Tube modules, and heavy-forged heat exchanger tubesheet plates engineered specifically for corrosive chemical, petrochemical, and power generation duties.
Operating our own direct seamless tube mills allows Yuhong Group to control raw material metallurgy, outer diameter (OD) tolerances, and surface roughness from billet piercing to final bundle assembly. In addition to high-performance Stainless Steel Seamless Tube arrays, our material inventory includes Furnace Tube, Nickel Alloy Tube, and Copper alloy tube options. We build complete process Heat Exchanger pressure vessels and standalone core replacements built to TEMA, ASME Section VIII Division 1, and API 660 standards.

Removable U-Tube Bundles (TEMA U): Features cold-formed U-bent Heat Exchanger Tube arrays anchored to a single tubesheet. This structure accommodates differential thermal expansion between shell and tubes without generating cyclic stress on tube joints.
Floating Head Tube Bundles (TEMA S/T): Built with a stationary heat exchanger tubesheet and an internal floating head cover, allowing complete bundle removal for mechanical hydro-blasting of aggressive shell-side foulants.

Solution Annealing for U-Bends: Cold-formed U-bend radii undergo controlled solution heat treatment to restore passivation layers and prevent Stress Corrosion Cracking (SCC) in chloride-bearing environments.
Rigorous NDT Protocols: Inspection methods include Hydrostatic Pressure Testing, Eddy Current Testing (ET) on tubing, Positive Material Identification (PMI), Radiographic Testing (RT) on pressure welds, and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).
Engineering Guidelines: Essential Knowledge for Core Selection
Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN): For seawater or chloride applications, selecting materials with adequate PREN values is critical (PREN = %Cr + 3.3%Mo + 16%N). Duplex 2205 (PREN ≥ 35) provides pitting resistance superior to 316L (PREN ≈ 25) in brackish process fluid loops.
Mitigating Crevice Corrosion at Tubesheet Joints: In aggressive chemical environments, mechanical tube expansion alone can leave microscopic gaps between the tube outer diameter and tubesheet hole. Specifying full-penetration orbital welding eliminates crevice sites where localized corrosion initiates.
Optimizing Tube Pitch Layout: Selecting a 90° or 45° square tube pitch provides accessible cleaning lanes for high-pressure hydro-blasting during plant maintenance. A 30° triangular pitch maximizes tube surface density for non-fouling process media.
