ASTM B366 UNS N06625 Equal Tee is a forged or wrought pipe fitting manufactured from Nickel Alloy Inconel 625. It features three openings (one inlet, two outlets, or vice versa) all of the same nominal diameter (Equal Tee), allowing a 90-degree branch connection from the main pipeline. The ends are manufactured with beveled ends (BW - Butt-Weld) for permanent, high-integrity installation via full-penetration welding directly to pipes of matching schedules.

Manufacturing Process (Per ASTM B366)
The fitting is produced from a seamless or welded pipe, or from a forged billet of UNS N06625.
It is hot-formed (or cold-formed) and then solution-annealed to restore corrosion resistance and ductility.
Post-manufacturing, it undergoes 100% hydrostatic testing or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing) as per code requirements (e.g., radiography or dye penetrant) to ensure no material defects exist after forming.
