SS304 Medical Stainless Steel Dental Needle Tube for Root Canal Irrigation is a precision thin-walled hollow tubular medical accessory manufactured from medical-grade SUS304(UNS S30400) stainless steel. It is specially designed for endodontic root canal irrigation, debris flushing, bacterial elimination, and medicament delivery during dental clinical treatment. The single-side vented tip variant features an end-closed or end-opened structure with a single lateral irrigation hole, which effectively avoids vertical high-pressure liquid impact on the root apex and periapical tissues, preventing apical extrusion of irrigation fluid and debris. This type of needle tube matches standard dental irrigation syringes with Luer slip or Luer lock interfaces, applicable for disposable clinical dental endodontic treatment, and complies with ISO13485 medical device quality management system and ISO9626 medical device certification standards.
These irrigation needle tubes are manufactured via a cold-drawing process to achieve ultra-precise dimensional tolerances and a smooth internal bore. The medical-grade SS304 base material provides an optimal balance of ductility for bending during clinical manipulation and high tensile strength to resist kinking under pressure. The "Single-side Vented" design features a blunt, opened end, with the exit orifice placed on one side. This design is considered the gold standard for "passive irrigation" because it prevents the direct "jet-stream" effect that can force sodium hypochlorite beyond the apical foramen into the periapical tissues, which is a critical safety requirement in modern endodontic practice. Medical stainless steel dental irrigation needle tube is the core functional component of disposable dental endodontic irrigation needles. The complete finished product consists of three parts: SUS304 stainless steel needle tube body, medical PP plastic hub, and disposable protective cap.
