ASME SA213 TP316L stainless steel seamless tube is a specialized high-performance tubular product for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive working conditions. Its low-carbon molybdenum-containing austenitic composition, standardized dimensional tolerance, stable mechanical properties, and diverse surface treatments make it irreplaceable in power, chemical, marine, and cryogenic industries. TP316L is the low-carbon variant of the standard 316 stainless steel. Its maximum carbon content is limited to 0.035%, which effectively prevents intergranular carbide precipitation and eliminates welding intergranular corrosion risks. The addition of molybdenum(Mo) significantly enhances its resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride-induced stress corrosion cracking compared to 304/304L stainless steel. As a fully seamless tubular product, it features uniform metallurgical structure, consistent wall thickness, superior pressure-bearing capacity, and excellent high-temperature oxidation resistance, making it a core material for harsh industrial working conditions.
