Product Introduction
Inconel 625 Welding Neck Raised Face Flanges for Corrosive Process Piping
ASTM B564 Inconel 625 WNRF Flanges are forged from UNS N06625 nickel-chromium-molybdenum-niobium alloy and machined with a welding neck and raised face configuration.
The alloy is selected for piping systems where resistance to chloride-containing environments, localized corrosion and elevated-temperature exposure is important. The long tapered hub of the welding neck flange provides a gradual transition from the pipe to the flange body, making this configuration suitable for pressure and cyclic-service piping.
Flange dimensions, bolt-hole patterns and pressure classes can be manufactured according to ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47 or other applicable dimensional standards, while the material forging specification follows ASTM B564.

UNS N06625 provides a combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical strength for demanding process environments.
The tapered hub creates a gradual transition between the pipe wall and flange, making the WN configuration suitable for pressure and cyclic loading.
The RF configuration provides a defined gasket seating area for bolted piping connections.
Bolt holes, bore, flange thickness and facing dimensions can be CNC machined according to the applicable dimensional standard.
Heat-number traceability and material documentation can be provided for project-controlled applications.
