ASME SA240 316 Stainless Steel Heat Exchanger Tube Bundle designed for industrial cooling operations involving Clean Cooling Water (shellside) and Oil (tubeside). Thermal transfer performance handles a heat duty of 130.0 kW across an effective heat transfer area of 64.294 m². Pressure Drop Verification: Operating pressure drops measure 1.358 kPa on shellside (water at 15,887 kg/hr) and 26.041 kPa on tubeside (oil at 29,200 kg/hr) against allowable limits of 50.00 kPa.
Tube Pattern Distribution: 368 plain tubes positioned in a 30° triangular layout (25.000 mm pitch, 1.3158 pitch ratio) divided into 4 tube passes (Pass 1: 99, Pass 2: 99, Pass 3: 85, Pass 4: 85).

Hydrostatic Pressure Test: Shell side tested at 1.5x design pressure (hydrotest verified at 750.00 kPaG); Tube side hydrotested at 1.5x design pressure (hydrotest verified at 1,500.00 kPaG).
Non-Destructive Examination (NDE): 100% Radiographic Testing (RT) on shell long-seam and circumferential welds; Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT) on tubesheet face welds and nozzle connections.
Material Certification: Mill Test Certificates (MTC) provided per EN 10204 3.1 for all ASME SA213/SA249 TP316 and SA516 Gr 70 pressure-retaining raw materials.
Dimensional Tolerance Control: Manufacturing clearances strictly adhere to TEMA Class R standards for shell ID, baffle-to-shell clearance, and nozzle projection alignment.
Shipment and Support
Lifting & Structural Mounting: Integrated with 4 side-mounting support lugs (435 mm width, 228 mm clearance) for vertical setting plan installation.
Export Packaging: Heavy-duty ocean transport wooden crate packaging with moisture-barrier vacuum bagging and anti-corrosion coating applied to external carbon steel surfaces.
Customs Compliance: Shipping documentation package includes Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (CO / Form E), EN 10204 3.1 MTC, and Third-Party Inspection (TPI) reports (SGS / BV / TÜV compliant).
