Our EN10217-7 1.4310 Extruded Finned Tubes are engineered for demanding heat transfer applications requiring superior corrosion resistance, mechanical strength, and long service life. Manufactured using precision extrusion technology, these finned tubes provide an integral mechanical bond between the fin sleeve and the base tube, ensuring excellent thermal conductivity and outstanding structural integrity under continuous operation.

EN10217-7 Grade 1.4310 is an austenitic stainless steel (equivalent to AISI 301) offering high tensile strength, excellent cold workability, and very good corrosion resistance. Combined with extruded fin technology, this material is widely used in air-cooled heat exchangers, economizers, waste heat recovery systems, condensers, radiators, and petrochemical cooling equipment.

Manufacturing Process

Extruded finned tubes are produced by mechanically extruding an outer aluminum tube over the stainless steel base tube. During extrusion, the aluminum sleeve is plastically deformed into continuous fins while tightly gripping the base tube, creating an excellent mechanical interface for efficient heat transfer.
