A Super Duplex 2507 Weld Neck Flange is a high-strength, corrosion-resistant pipe connecting component manufactured from forged super duplex stainless steel grade UNS S32750 (ASTM A182 Grade F53). "Weld Neck" is a long, tapered hub that transitions smoothly into the pipe wall via a single butt-weld joint. This flange is defined by its balanced dual-phase microstructure (approximately 50% austenite / 50% ferrite), which provides exceptional mechanical strength and outstanding resistance to localized corrosion in highly aggressive environments. It is fully compliant with the ASTM A182 standard for forged components used in high-temperature and high-pressure services.
